By accessing or using the Ai Video Chat: Video Summarizer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Ai Video Chat: Video Summarizer is a video summarization tool that helps users get a concise text summary of any video.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any video content you submit for summarization.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vista Mobile and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Vista Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vista Mobile expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
